This company is a friendly, rapidly growing product design, sourcing and manufacturing agency with established offices in the UK and China. They work with some of the world's biggest brands from the Entertainment and Film Industry, creating exciting, innovative merchandise to support their global retail and promotional strategies. Based in Caterham, Surrey, their offices benefit from good public transport links as well as on-site parking.

The Job

To keep up with their increasing workload, they are creating an exciting new opportunity for a talented Account Manager to join their team and help manage and grow key accounts.

This is no ordinary, boring role. The nature of their business means it includes elements of project management, quality control, and creativity too….and if you love film and TV too, this is the job for you!

Specific duties will include:

- Liaising with the client and building a strong working relationship whilst always looking for potential new business opportunities.
- Understanding what the client wants and then developing a clear brief.
- Thinking creatively to produce exciting mood boards and product ideas.
- Liaising between the Design Team and the clients with regards to artwork, ensuring the brand guidelines for each project are adhered to
- Liaising with their office in China office ensuring all project are running on time.
- Checking all pre-production samples thoroughly to ensure they comply with the brief
- Upon completion of the production run, checking all production samples to ensure they conform to the pre-production confirmed samples
- Liaising with third party Product Compliance bodies (e.g. Intertek) to ensure we are clear about the requirements for materials, packaging, labelling etc. to satisfy the relevant market legislation
- Assisting the Office Manager with checking deadlines are met, consignments are shipped on time.
- General office administration duties

Hours are 8.30 till 17.30 and salary will be dependant on experience.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have relevant administration experience in a fast-paced environment, and be used to juggling multiple priorities and keeping everything on track whilst remaining calm under pressure. You will be supremely well-organised and pay meticulous attention to detail. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, will be crucial for communicating with both domestic and international clientele. You will need to be highly personable and have the ability to forge good relationship with key clients.

Knowledge of quality control, risk assessment and project management processes will be a distinct advantage, although training will be provided where appropriate.
