Rico Logistics is a market leader in their sector and provide courier services to some of the UK’S top businesses, in addition to serving the needs of locally based businesses. Operating out of over 45 Branches around the UK and Ireland from where they control more than 1,500 courier vehicles each day.

When our branches hand over to our Out of Hours Team for the North of the country, based in Sandwell, West Midlands, we need to ensure that there is proper focus and control in relation to all activities including escalations, especially at the weekend.

The Weekend Control Administrator will be required to work on Saturday and Sunday (hours to be agreed) providing support to customers requiring our couriers services during the weekend.

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills, possess attention to detail and be process driven and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.

Previous experience of the Same Day courier industry would be advantageous.

Salary: Negotiable + Pension and Bonus
