The Regional Account manager, will play a key role within the South Wales team, for planning and executing marketing campaigns (inbound and outbound) and direct touch to generate new prospects and qualified leads to help meet or exceed sales opportunity goals for the region. This position will develop and drive integrated marketing programs consisting of best practice marketing mix elements that generate quality marketing pipeline prospects that will ultimately be passed as Sales Opportunities to Sales and Partner account teams. Also, this role will be responsible to coordinate with our Public Relations firm in support of building the Software Brand and Awareness in the region.

Responsibilities

* Responsible for integrated marketing campaigns from inception to end results by understanding the regional field's needs and ensuring alignment with regional sales objectives
* Plan, organise, develop and execute marketing programs, industry events, user groups and other activities to generate qualified opportunities and drive sales
* Work with regional direct, channel and alliance marketing teams to create effective marketing campaigns
* Coordinate event venues, speakers, logistics, surveys, operations, and lead flow
* Manage the Field Marketing program budget and vendor contracts
* Track program results, measure program success, and report metrics
* Manage the Regional Marketing calendar and align with corporate and partner programs
* Coordinate and work with sales development
* Attend regional conferences and events
* Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new regional opportunities

Skills and Education

* Proven track record of successfully partnering with sales management
* Experience with developing integrated, multi-touch marketing plans
* Enterprise software background with strong IT Service Management knowledge
* Experience with sales and marketing automation systems
* Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, creative and analytic
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment is extremely important
* Must be able to drive
* Strong team player with a positive attitude
