We are currently representing a global giant in Corporate Real Estate (CRE), who is seeking to recruit a Chartered Associate Director to manage a high profile portfolio within Central London. This position offers the chance to be involved in exciting and innovative development and operational projects, ensuring the best management of new and existing property assets.

Formed in 2000, my client already has both a national and international presence with a positive reputation fast spreading across Europe. Their CRE business is a specialised division created from their well established financial services origin. They provide both commercial and residential real estate services including development, consultation, Valuation, Property Management and Investment Management.

Your role will see you managing leases and tenancy schedules and also dealing with service charge amongst other duties; working in conjunction with the Facilities Team and Building Managers as well as staff across agency, lease advisory, building consultancy and investment agency businesses.
