Cordant People Sheffield are looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to work from our Central Sheffield branch.

You will have exceptional sales experience either within recruitment or another industry . You will have the ability to surpass targets and thrive working in a competitive environment. The role is highly challenging and you will need to demonstrate resilience and the ability to operate in a challenging environment. You will be responsible developing new clients via business development and sourcing candidates for job roles. You will need to excel at hitting activity targets for revenue and other Key performance indicators and be comfortable selling over the phone and face to face.
