Our client is a well-established and successful specialist recruitment agency serving the professional services market across the UK. An exciting opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Recruitment Client Relationship/ Business Development Manager.

This is an autonomous role mainly responsible for developing sales of existing customers, with some new business development. You will manage you own diary spending approximately half your week in the office and the rest working remotely and seeing clients. Responsible for developing sales opportunities, with a range of recruitment and related services to the Public Sector/ Police/ Criminal Justice/ Central Government/ Local Government and Education sectors, you will have a good understanding of the recruitment process and have a proven track record in growing business. You will have previous experience as a Business Development Manager, Client Relationship Manager, Account Manager or Senior Recruitment Consultant/ Manager within a Recruitment Agency and if you have experience of selling recruitment services to public sector organisations would be very useful.

GBP45-55K base depending on experience, with a realistic OTE of GBP70K (uncapped) and prospects for longer term progression.
