A great opportunity to join a well-established and successful family owned business as part of its busy customer services team. Working closely with key accounts you will be expected to provide a high quality customer experience whilst ensuring accurate order processing and entry of relevant data. The main duties for the Customer Services Specialist will include:

• Communicating with customers via email and telephone to process new sales, delivery details, re-brand requirements and assist with any other queries.
• Order follow up and returns processes
• Liaise with logistics partners to track progress of shipments
• Working collaboratively with customers regarding back-orders
• Understand the full product range and discuss additional products with clients to increase sales revenue
• Confident operation of the CRM system

Essential requirements for the role are a positive, professional manner and proven customer service skills along with a high level of accuracy and a competency in MS Office and Outlook
With free parking, the company is situated just on the outskirts of Alton.
