We are actively recruiting for an experienced Plant Manager to oversee all Manufacturing Operations at our clients site in Hull.
The manufacturing site is partly automated but continues to operate with hands on processes and therefore we need a certain type of individual to manage the Plant and drive improvements. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to leave their mark and drive the business forward in a number of areas such as quality, efficiency, process and procedure. This is a perfect role for a Plant Manager who enjoys people and business management as well as rolling their sleeves up to continue the success of this business.
The right Plant Manager will be an excellent man manager who can come in and focus on problem solving and quality. You need to be willing to spend 90% plus of your time on the shop floor to start with and get hands on, looking at how things currently work and what is needed in order to improve and make step changes.
You will form an integral part of a much larger team and organisation with the autonomy and responsibility to make step changes in the business as you see fit, all with the common aim of improving business and overall group performance.
Should you be interested in this opportunity please send you details to Chris Stappard at Edward Reed
