Regional Supervisor
My client is a leading provider of Integrated Facilities Management services, specialists in the provision of tailored and bespoke M&E Building Services & Facilities Management solutions to a blue-chip client base.
The Regional Supervisor will assist the Contract Manager in the day to day running and management of the contract from a technical prospective and will be responsible for 35 commercial client properties across the North West region along with the management of 8 multi-disciplined building services engineers.
The Regional Supervisor will ensure M&E building services maintenance i.e. PPM and reactive is delivered in an efficient and effective manner and in line with regulatory/statutory compliance, KPI's, SLA's and health and safety requirements respectively.
The position of Regional Supervisor is an off-tools, none hands-on working position and will focus on the management of the engineers, planning and scheduling of workloads, tool-box talks, carrying out quotes, management of sub-contractors and offering of technical support as well as client liaison with the Regional Supervisor will assist the Contract Manager in the overall running of the contract.
Candidate Requirements
*Technically qualified within a Building Services Engineering discipline, possessing relevant Electrical, Mechanical and/or HVAC qualifications and a trade, 'from the tools' background.
*Health & Safety qualified i.e. IOSH/NEBOSH would be advantageous
*Possess demonstrable expertise in the supervision of a Multi-Skilled Engineering workforce.
*Previous exposure to a similar role, working on behalf of a leading Building Services & Facilities Management provider.
*Driving License
