What qualities will you need to be successful in this role?

Ideally from a fast paced hospitality you will have present experience of managing branded restaurants and can demonstrate a clear track record of delivery.

- You must have exemplary people management skills, an approachable, energising coaching style and be a role model to your colleagues; As the Restaurant Manager you must put your people, customer's and community at every decision that you make and have the ability to think on your feet and be entrepreneurial in your approach.

- You will be a visionary, someone who is willing to take risks and can 'make things happen'. Your natural ability to communicate openly will inspire others to succeed and drive forwards to achieving their own goals

Naturally, you will have a strong people background, be confident managing upwards and demand high standards of those around you.

This role will not be here for long and as a business they never look outside of there own organisation for this level of role!
