Blue Arrow is seeking a field based, Hospitality Regional Trainer to join a highly reputable Educational provider in the Plymouth area. As a Hospitality Regional Trainer you will be required to -

-Manage up to 50 Apprentice`s/learners across the Plymouth area
-Coach, mentor and assess the apprentice`s on a 1-1 basis or in a group
-Identify new employees to undertake the qualifications and assessments and to match courses appropriately
-Understand the national vocational standards for each qualification delivered
-Promote the benefits of apprenticeships to your clients` employees and sign up new learners
-Effectively manage your own diary as you will be travelling to various Hospitality establishments across Plymouth visiting client`s and learner`s

To apply -

-Commutable distance within Plymouth
-Full UK Driving Licence and car owner
-2 years minimum managerial experience, either FOH and/or BOH
-NVQ Level 3 Advanced in Hospitality and Catering diploma/equivalent
-Holder of the D32/33 or A1 Assessor Qualification, TAQA or equivalent is desirable
-Proven experience in working towards/achieving targets

This well-established employer is looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of the Hospitality industry, proven experience within FOH/BOH Management and personality is the key. If you are not a holder of the D32/33 or A1 Assessor, TAQA or equivalent qualification, but do have great industry experience and the right attitude, the client is able to put you through your A1 qualification during your first 6 months of employment.
