A Conformance / Compliance Engineer is required to establish, deliver and maintain compliance of the ETL facility to ISO18001, TS16949 and other local/company HandS related operational processes and procedures.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
? Establish and maintain H&S standards, processes and procedures.
? Guide/assist ETL associates in the requirements for compliance.
? Establish and run local compliance cadence of regular meetings/reviews
? Conduct regular H&S facility walks logging and progressing any noted issues/improvement activities.
? Support the PAV H&S meeting, representing ETL as required.
? Advise our customer base on their responsibilities when conducting test activities within the ETL facility
? Create, update and maintain the ETL Risk Assessment database with ETL and customers RA's.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
? Prefer ONC/HNC qualified or time served in relevant discipline.
? Good understanding of H&S ISO18001, TS16949.
? Ability to coach others in a positive proactive manner.
? Practical experience of generating, updating and assessing risk assessments
? PC literate in main MS applications
? NB. Specific departmental training can be provided.
