Working hours: Part time to suit

We client are looking for a Part Time Administrator to join us here in Loughborough. You will be responsible for updating files on the computer, answering the phone and taking messages and general administrative duties to support the business as required.

We are looking for someone to do 1 or 2 days a week or 1 or 2 hours a day.

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications required:

  • Previous experience administration and data entry experience
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently and think on your feet
  • PC literate-Word, excel and Outlook
  • Exceptional communication skills at all levels, both verbal and written
  • Strong accuracy skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Confidence, drive and an outgoing personality
