Estate Agent Negotiator/Trainee

Our client is pleased to offer this Estate Agent Negotiator/Trainee negotiator role. They are seeking candidates from any background and the position is open to both experienced negotiators and those looking to enter the industry for the first time. Full training is provided and you must be able to show you are a peoples person and a good communicator who is willing to learn and be adaptable where needed.

FULL DRIVING LICENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE.

We are looking for an individual who is personable, honest and who can communicate and offer a high level of customer care to their clients. The successful candidate must be looking to create themselves a long term career and in return there is great career potential. The successful candidate must have a full driving licence and car. Saturday working is required and a day off in lieu is given during the week.

Duties include but not limited to;
* Registering applicants and matching them to properties
* Accompanying viewings and showing the applicant's around various property types
* Communicating to a high standard with property owners and applicants
* Working as a team

They are offering a choice of Salary structure for this role as follows:

??15,000-??20,000 (depending on experience) per annum + commission = ??25,000 OTE in year 1

or

A basic salary of between ??23,000-??25,000 per annum + Bonus and access to company pool car (for this option you must be over 25 years old and have previous sales experience),
