Purpose:
We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our busy HR team. The successful candidate will work within the Employee Relations team specifically, although the main focus of the role will be generalist HR duties (as set out below).

Duties/Responsibilities:
• To scan and deal with incoming post;
• To take accurate telephone messages;
• General administration
• Photocopying and scanning documents;
• Filing;
• Arrange interviews and appraisals
• To process overtime and sick certificates;
• To process job applications using the Applicant Management System (AMS);
• To scan leavers’ files;
• To support the other HR Administrators when required

Skills/Competencies required:
The successful candidate will need to be computer literate with experience of producing documents/letters on a computer system, able to do own typing, have experience of dealing with people over the phone and have dealt with sensitive and confidential matters.  You will also be organised, methodical, be able to prioritise, multi-task and have excellent attention to detail. 

Experience working within a HR office is not essential but candidates should be able to demonstrate a keen interest in HR and have previous administration experience.

Qualifications are not necessary, but GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths would be preferred, as would any HR qualifications.
