We are recruiting on behalf of our client who are a fast moving progressive organisation currently recruiting for a positive and reliable individual to join the customer service team.
They offer a competative salary and a better than average benefits package.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, not be afraid of the telephone as this is an incoming call taking post

Duties will include some of the following:

Carry out inbound post, email and telephonic duties
Handle standard queries and where appropriate, transfer non-standard enquiries to specialist departments
Taking payments from customers and setting up Direct Debit instructions
Accurately record contact onto the Account administration systems
Respond to all inbound calls
Accurately capture information to assess customer circumstances
Person / Experience Required

Ability to work in within a fast paced, telephone based environment
Positive attitude and resilient when faced with challenging situations
To work as part of a team and manage change
Answering a high volume of calls and maintaining a rapid response rate according to agreed standards
