We are looking to recruit an ambitious and motivated Digital New Business Development Manager, who is looking to work in the high-growth Mother and Baby and new Family sector.
You must be a highly driven, can do, self-starting individual that has a successful track record in digital sales and currently looking for an opportunity to step up and build this area of the business alongside our key leadership team
Key Objectives
To improve Lifecycle Marketing Limited market position and achieve digital growth. Define sales goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, lead key negotiations and closes business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions. Working with the internal team, marketing staff, and other managers to lead and increase digital sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organization. Find potential new customers, present to them, ultimately convert them into clients, and continue to grow business in the future. Present solutions and services that meet or predict their clients' future needs.
Main Purpose of Job
Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
Research and build relationships with new clients.
Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/Principals.
Plan approaches and pitches. * Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
Attend and present at external customer meetings
Participate in pricing the solution/service.
Maintain and keep up to date sales/technical knowledge of companies product portfolio
Liaise with all necessary internal colleagues to optimize quality and customer satisfaction
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. * Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
Present an image that mirrors that of Project a professional impression of the company and act in accordance with relevant codes of practice
Management and Research
Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within Goldmine.
Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met.
Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company's people and capabilities.
Understand the company's goals and purpose to enhance the company's performance.
