The Search Consultant plays a key role in the delivery of the managed recruitment campaigns that underpin our service capability. In this high visibility role, you will gain deep insight into our customers' employment proposition and take the lead in attracting candidates to explore this proposition with us. In this client facing position, your time will be split equally between working on client site (Wimbledon) and from our fantastic offices in EC2M. We expect big things of our people and this is a role for high performers who wish to grow into the next generation of onsite Recruitment Business Partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Identifying and engaging with highly skilled IT professionals throughout the UK, acting on behalf of our exclusive RPO customers to disseminate their employment proposition within a targeted candidate universe.
Developing and executing multi-channel candidate generation strategies that take advantage of social recruiting, advertising, referrals, networking, database and search techniques.
Screening applications, qualifying candidates against client requirements and effectively communicating the client's employment proposition.
Actively participating in early stage candidate interviewing both at ShareForce HQ and on client site.
Using our state of the art recruitment tools to effectively organise and report on candidate pipeline.
Supporting pre-sales and early stage client engagement.

REQUIRED BACKGROUND
We are looking for bright, tenacious and commercially motivated professionals with ambition to succeed and the communication skills to match. Your baseline intellect, strong presentation skills and commercial nous will provide you the foundation to become a highly successful Search Consultant. We will provide the training, systems, tools and clients to allow you to convert on your ambition and realise your potential.

Required Professional Skills
At least one year of commercial experience in recruitment or a similar industry.
Excellent client facing skills including presentation, telephony and business writing.
A self-starter, able to work without direct supervision and take ownership for getting the job done.
High levels of ambition and hunger to succeed.
Tenacity and determination.
A passion for highly professional customer service.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Salary Offered: GBP24k to GBP30k + travel + commission
Year 1 OTE: GBP50k+
