A market leading telecoms company are recruiting for a sales account manager to join their existing sales team engaging businesses and providing the solutions to compete and grow

The Role
As a sales account manager you will be a proactive person acting as the desk based point of contact for our large portfolio of customers. Your role would be to develop long term customer relationships whilst also delivering against personal revenue targets. You will retain profitability and grow existing accounts in a defined corporate territory

GBP23,520 base + Bonus
Solihull, Birmingham

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop effective relationships with customers demonstrating your business knowledge and aiding their decision making process
* Exceeding business targets in terms of revenue, profit, volume, churn, customer satisfaction and customer contact
* Retention of customer base against aggressive market competition
* Creating an account/win plan for all re-sign and growth opportunities, demonstrating own required actions and effective engagement of your virtual team
* Act as an ambassador for the company both externally and within internal stakeholders by demonstrating excellent sales behaviour and customer experience

Key Skills
* Undergraduate degree with a minimum of a 2:2
* Ability to work well in a team
* Be passionate about building a career in sales
* Excellent verbal and written skills
* Be commercially aware with excellent negotiation and influencing ability
* Work on your own initiative
* Passion for customer satisfaction

* Experience in business to business sales or telephone sales
* Experience working against and achieving targets
