Rewards and Benefits Consultant/Specialist
This is an exciting four month contract initially and will help integrate new systems and organisations to the current platform.You will be providing reward, benefits and pension's advice, guidance and support to the Group Exec and the Divisional SMTs. Working closely with Finance, the Group HRD and BD Director.
As well as the above key deliverables you will also be responsible for:
- Managing the relationship with online benefits portal and driving employee engagement through benefits and rewards.
- Embed new processes for new salary sacrifice benefits within the payroll function to ensure processed in line with NMW/NLW regulations and HMRC process complete ie P11D reporting
- Have a delivery centric approach
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders
- Modelling salary and wage costs
