Senior Art Director, Independant Digital Agency, London, GBP55k
We are looking for a Senior Digital Art Director with a proven track record in innovative ideas, inspirational art direction and commercial understanding. You will be required to establish Art Direction, style and tone of digital concepts within a globally reaching digital agency, working for major blue chip clients.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a design, digital or advertising firm with multi-disciplinary clients.
- A strong portfolio with demonstrated examples of creating award winning multi-channel digital design and communications projects
- In-depth knowledge of digital technologies, platforms and channels of delivery and clarity of thinking in how brands are expressed in this channel
This role is about having big ideas and thinking of new and innovative ways to push technology and create inspirational digital concepts and communications for new business opportunities and across our existing clients.
Reporting to the Global Creative Director you will need to display a cohesive understanding of the principles that make innovative and effective digital communications, interface design, interaction design and film. In-depth knowledge of digital technologies, platforms and channels of delivery and clarity of thinking in how brands are expressed will also be vitally important.
Responsibilities
- Lead creative and production teams to ensure feasibility of design solutions and articulate design principles and guidelines for implementation.
- Direct and assign workflow while supervising and implementing design processes
- Manage quality control of all necessary projects, even ones that you have not initiated
- Liaising with the technology team to ensure the best creative solutions are realised, implemented and delivered
- Manage, mentor and train Creative staff to maintain quality standards and foster innovation within the creative team.
