Trainee/Graduate Recruitment Consultant (English, Danish, Swedish, Finnish Or Norwegian speakers) - Newcastle Upon-Tyne, realistic first year total on target earnings GBP40-60k+ - it's up to you and if you can, do a bit more!

Nigel Frank International is a market leading specialist recruitment firm with Head Quarters in Newcastle and further offices dotted around the globe including London, New York, Singapore and Melbourne. We currently have an opportunity to join the Nordic team. This is a sales and target driven role where you can earn as much money as you want, you get out what you put in! We are looking for ambitious and determined success driven individuals with or without sales experience.

Previous recruitment experience would be advantageous but not a pre-requisite as we are interested in hearing from;

- Hard working & highly driven Graduate calibre candidates
- You will ideally have some kind of sales experience
- You should be of a positive, confident & enthusiastic nature with excellent communication skills
- You must be hard working, prepared to work long hours and you must be comfortable cold calling both candidates and business clients over the phone.
