Senior C++ Software Engineer
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly skilled, Agile, Senior C++ Software Engineer. You will be tasked with joining a fast-paced, expanding team of experienced Software Engineers working on a multitude of projects for our clients.
This position offers the opportunity to work at the cutting edge of technology within the transportation sector. With an extensive list of high profile projects you will be exposed to all areas of Software Development within transportation technologies including the latest innovations in automated fare collection and contactless payments. Continuous variety and guidance from Development Supervisors will afford you the opportunity to become a subject matter expert within this sector.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Software Development; problem analysis, solution determination, code design and development, integration, test, modification and documentation.
. Requirements gathering/analysis and customer acceptance.
. Performing systems analysis. Developing sub-system, equipment interfaces and procurement specifications.
. Mentoring Junior developers.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
. 4+ years C++ development.
. Experience of cross platform development with Win32 and Linux.
. Multithreaded application development (threads, queues, mutexes, file I/O).
. Exposure to Agile/Scrum
