Customer Service Advisor - Sales

The RZ Group is currently recruiting for a specialist payment company based in the Heald Green area. The primary function of the role is to liaise between the Sales Team and the Customer to ensure all new applications are 100% complete and are able to be submitted to our banking partners efficiently.

This is a key role providing customer service to the Sales Team, whilst driving forward the application submission rate and ultimately contributing to the growth of the company. You will need to be highly organised, a good level of literacy and numeracy, with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

The main responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Populating/Sending out paperwork
  • Taking ownership of applications from start to finish.
  • Checking applications to make sure details are all correct.
  • Sending applications to our banking partners.
  • Obtaining any supporting information requested for the application
  • Working with customers to ensure all paperwork is returned promptly
  • Liaising with all departments to ensure an excellent level of customer service
  • Creating new system records for new accounts and keeping records up to date for existing customers.

In return, my client is willing to pay a salary of GBP15,000 - GBP18,000 Dependent on experience + an excellent benefits package.
