HR & Payroll Administrator
THE COMPANY The Brewster Pratap Recruitment Group are currently working alongside a market leading and dynamic financial services business to recruit a HR/ Payroll Administrator. This is a brand new role within the business and comes as a result of rapid organic growth.The role of HR/ Payroll Administrator will report directly into the Payroll Manager and will make you the first point of contact for queries concerning processes, processes and general administration to staff.Ideally located, my client are easily accessible from Retford, Worksop, Doncaster, Gainsborough and surrounding areas.THE JOB As HR/ Payroll Administrator and reporting into the Payroll Manager, duties will include: Being the first point of contact for all HR administrative queriesInvolved with the recruitment process, including advert posting and arranging interviewsNew starter administrationComplete ownership if the referencing processMaintaining personnel files to ensure all legislation is metSupporting payroll departmentContract amendmentsMonthly and quarterly MI reports THE PERSON Previous HR experience within a fast paced shared services environment is essentialConfident user of integrated HR and Payroll systems, preferably cascadeGood knowledge of HR best practices, processes, procedure and legal complianceBachelor's degree in HR or CIPD level 3 or 5 is desirableExcellent communication skills THE BENEFITS Salary of up to GBP22,000 depending on experience26 days holiday + statsPension schemeHealthcare schemePension schemeFree onsite parking Brewster Pratap Recruitment Group focuses on the recruitment of talent in South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, North Yorkshire, East Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire.
