Client Liaison Officer
We are currently recruiting a Client Liaison Officer to join our team in Aberdeen on a fixed term contract until the end of June 2017. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service to all International SOS clients as their main point of contact. Key Responsibilities: Deal with telephone enquiries and bookingsRespond to email bookings within three working hoursManage the administration of medical booking accuratelyObtain PO numbers required to complete billing processEnsure paperwork is accurately completed and scanned onto the systemEnsure results are delivered in a timely manner to the clientEmail Medical assessment outcomes and certificates to clientsCase management of company bookingsDeliver monthly reports to clientsUpdate designated company work instructions quarterly to ensure the requirements of client booking procedures are current Required Skills and Knowledge: Previous experience of administration and or/customer service role in a medical environment would be advantageousHighers or equivalent essential Excellent time management skillsGood interpersonal and communication skills - pleasant attitude, speaks clearly and fluentlyQuality orientated - output of work is accurate and meets or exceeds internal standards and the needs of both internal and external clients.Customer care skills - The commitment to serve and satisfy the needs of clientsExcellent IT skills - understands technical and professional aspects of work and continually maintains technical knowledgeProfessional approach - keep a professional attitude at all times in the workplaceTeam working - the ability to function effectively as part of a group of people working togetherSelf-motivation - Keeps track of own progress.
