Customer Services Advisor - Based in Crawley Temporary role paying GBP10 - GBP12 per hour, minimum 3 months An exciting brand-new Fintech start up are changing the face of the area of financial services they operate in and are seeking a Customer Services Advisor to join their team The role involves taking inbound calls and dealing with administration tasks. Supporting customers and helping them with their queries. The candidate is expected to: Act as first point of escalation for all customer enquiries Work with our CRM system to make updates as required To ensure services are delivered in line with timescales, performance targets and service standards To receive customer's enquiries by telephone, social media, or via electronic communication, with the aim of analysing and resolving all enquiries at the initial time of contact To receive and process all requests from customers whereby a manual process is required To assist with the development, monitoring and maintenance of the customer services documented procedures Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information and provide a quality service and support Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues over the phone Analyse and resolve customer issues Use information systems to analyse the customer's situation and make updates where applicable Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience Requirements: Demonstrate excellent customer services skills Experience of working alone and as part of a team Proficient working with a CRM system and making required updates Ability to work unsupervised Proficient in MS Office Ability to write process documentation Ability to handle customer complaints Strong decision making and analytical abilities Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing Experience dealing with 3rd party suppliers Dealing with clients at all levels Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction Experience with platform administration an advantage
