As a business at the heart of the UK property market Lloyds are looking to recruit a number of Collections Advisors at their Chester site to carry out a range of assigned clerical / technical support duties on a range of accounts and where necessary deal with inbound customer calls and outbound contacts. Hours of Work: Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm Responsibilities: Accountabilities: To carry out a range of assigned clerical / technical support duties on a range of accounts and where necessary deal with inbound customer calls and outbound contacts.Able to complete processes using aligned maps and binder resources.Ensuring processes are completed to the highest standard whilst considering any risk to both the customer and the bank if not completed.Accessing and navigating the relevant LBG systems to resolve the customers' requestsFocusing on process efficiency & excellent customer service whilst delivering against defined productivity targetsEnsuring all details entered onto the system are accurate and meet the required Quality standards.Where calls are required have a full understanding of the call model and ensure used at all times resulting in a solution for the Company and the customerEnsuring all legislative regulatory requirements are adhered to through compliance with the complaints handling policy, training, competency scheme & business standardsContribute to the completion of the team's workload ensuring own deliverables are on time and to specification.Positive attitude to change, and develops own skills to meet the changing business needs as well as being flexible consideringSupporting colleagues appropriately, sharing knowledge and experience when required.
