An opportunity for an HR Advisor has arisen within a forward thinking business, as part of a friendly HR Team.Reporting to the HR Manager, this position requires extensive support to management and directors across the organisation particularly in terms of advice concerning all ER matters; providing continual coaching relating to good people management; and provide up to date KPI's and knowledge in various HR areas. Supporting in ER casework, particularly in relation to disciplinary, grievance and capability / performance issues is key; as is assisting the HR Manager with any employment tribunal cases as necessary.Furthermore there is the opportunity to review and develop policies and procedures, assisting in achieving the strategic aims of the business. The development and maintenance of the HR database is crucial, along with working on various project pieces as directed by the HR Manager. It is desirable that you be CIPD qualified or working towards the level 7 accreditation and be an experienced Advisor, confident in delivering an effective HR service to management.
