Account ManagerGBP35,035 plus excellent benefitsLondon Working for a leading national defence organisation based in London, this is an exciting opportunity to join as an Account manager serving Britain's Armed Forces community and employers. You will be account management facing with a strong understanding all strategic marketing plans for employer focused engagement marketing campaigns. This is paying GBP35,035 plus excellent benefits. Key Responsibilities: Actively manage employer relationships to support the defence objectives and the successful implementation of the Armed Forces Covenant, meeting internal and external stakeholder needs.Develop, execute and continually review employer engagement plans, including defined targets, ensuring they remain linked to the wider defence organisation objectives.Work with the wider engagement Marketing and Communications team to develop and deliver multi-channel communications aligned to campaigns for assigned employer accounts; implementing account strategy using CRM systemShare employer intelligence gained through engagement activities with colleagues.Appropriately tailor the defence-employer proposition to maximise its attractiveness and benefits to employers through strong brand propositioning and community engagement.Identify clients' needs and liaise internally to define appropriate solutions and follow up on activities. Investigating and resolve stakeholder and employer concerns; identifying trends and implementing solutions.Act as a support for reservists and employers alike in providing guidance and advice. Experience must include: Strong background ideally 5 years in account management within corporate relations including experience of operating in a wide range of sectors.Preference for previous experience or good understanding of the military sector.Confident communications skills with a high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to engage with individuals at a senior, up to (and including) CEO-level.Understanding of employer engagement techniques and approaches to successfully engaging them on matters such as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).Excellent management and leadership skills and the necessary interpersonal skills to engage effectively with Stakeholders from a central position.Knowledge of Excel, SharePoint and social media and ideally Salesforce is desirableNeeds to be a team player, articulate, confident, honest, reliable, self-starter, committed and with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent.
