We are currently recruiting for a blue chip company in Warrington, where they are looking to recruit a number of Customer Service Executive's to work on a Permanent Part - time basis. Hours of work Mon - Friday 4pm - 8pm + One full day at the weekend - Saturday 9-6, Sunday 10-5 SALARY AND BENEFITS Basic salary - GBP16698.42 Pro rata + benefits Discounts on the company products/services ABOUT THE ROLE Job Purpose: To process Mobile Telephone Insurance claims and registrations for 3rd party customers, conveying claims decisions and arranging the fulfilment of claims, communicate effectively and in a warm, friendly and knowledgeable manner with customers and third parties ensuring continuous delivery of customer service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE INCLUDE; To process customer requests, device registrations and claims consistently and accurately applying internal processes and procedures and seeking guidance where necessary.To ensure that we resolve customer queries 1st time every time through all customer contact mediumsTo take ownership of a customer's situation, following it through to a satisfactory conclusionTo work within guidelines for resolving customer issues whilst ensuring customers are treated fairlyTo provide an efficient, knowledgeable and effective interface with our customersTo build relationships with internal and external customersContribute individually and as a member of a team to ensure service levels meet agreed standardsDeliver a quality service to all customers and third parties to ensure customer satisfaction LOCATION Warrington The ideal applicant will have experience of working in a Customer service orientated role, although this is not necessary as full training is provided.
