Our award winning clients based in Harlow, Essex are now in the market for an Account Manager / Inside Sales Representative to join the team. This role is heavily client facing and as such any suitable candidates will need to be comfortable at dealing with clients at all levels. Duties will also involve : •Taking inbound calls and orders from customers •Account management and maintaining customer relationships •Support from within the office to customers, providing technical assistance, samples, pricing and datasheets and following up with those customers. •Collect, analyse and summarise account information and trends. •Generating new leads and searching for new opportunities •Outbound calling leads to qualify for Sales Managers •Support the Sales and Technical team with back office duties. •Monitoring accounts that business is down and contacting those customers •Drive the resolution of customer's issues through a disciplined problem-solving approach •Working with Commercial Manager on special projects •Working with sales teams on special projects •Working on new ways to increase sales growth •Help with marketing and sales growth projects Our clients are looking to attract candidates with ;•Good customer service and communication skills •Strong sales background and comfortable cold calling leads •Establish positive working relationships. •Ability to work alone or as part of a team •Ability to accurately complete tasks •Planning and organisational skills •Handles stress of delivering objectives with tight deadlines •Knowledge of advertising, marketing and sales promotion techniques This is a superb career orientated role for the right candidates with an organisation who encourages hard work and then rewards this !
