Trainer - PPI / PBA Claims Altrincham GBP22-27,000 We are looking an experienced Trainer to join one of the UK's leading PPI and PBA claims management companies to help train and develop new and existing staff members within the Claims Assessing / Sales, Customer Service, Collections and Back Office Administration functions. This is a proactive, hands-on Trainer position which requires you to have detailed understanding of the PPI and or PBA market and proven experience of running induction and ongoing training programmes across different functions The PPI market is booming and our client has never been busier - which is saying something as they are one of the original CMC's founded in 2009. Over the last 6 months they have grown significantly to over 550 staff and they are recruiting heavily in preparation for 2017 being their busiest year to date. To support this growth they are looking to add an experienced Trainer to their training team to help run induction training for new staff and ongoing training for the development of existing team members. This role is all about delivery. You will work as part of the training team to deliver existing Induction and on-going training programmes ensuring that the content is effectively delivered in an engaging and energising way. You will work with Team Leaders and Managers across all departments to ensure all training needs are addressed and you will inform the training programme by making recommendations for improvements and progressions as and when required. Due to the volume of work across the business, this is a busy and demanding role with real opportunities for career progression. To succeed in this position you will be an experienced Trainer with knowledge of the PPI or PBA market. You will have an engaging and energetic approach to delivering training programmes that engage and enthuse the audience and you will be comfortable working across different functions from Sales, Customer Service, Collections and Administration. Organised and efficient, you will be able to manage and prioritise your own workload and you will be motivated by seeing real developments that arise as a direct result of your output.
