My client is a Primary School in Croydon who is seeking a Graduate to join their Support Staff as a Teaching Assistant.
The Teaching Assistant role will require a Graduate who is friendly, outgoing and above all dedicated to the position. The Graduate Teaching Assistant will need to be adaptable as they will carry out a number of activities each day in class.
It is important that a Graduate who can relate to the children and build a good relationship with the pupils that they help.
As previous child related experience is essential, a Graduate who can work with children in an effective manner and be able to show this is ideally what the School is looking for.
