Internal Recruitment Specialist (Talent Acquisition)
Location: London
Salary: Circa GBP35,000 - GBP40,000
Working for one of the UK's largest recruitment groups we have an opportunity for an Internal Recruitment Specialist to play a key role in the company's strategic growth. You will be responsible for talent mapping, working the passive candidate market and actively filling a range of recruitment positions across the organisation.
Applicants should have prior recruitment experience with the ability to strategically generate candidates and identify future talent.
Responsibilities:
Generating candidates for a range of Recruitment positions across the organisation
Talent mapping
Actively work the passive candidate market
Manage relationships with hiring managers and provide a consultative recruitment approach
Ensure a quality focused recruitment service is delivered to the business areas
Attendance at Recruitment specific industry events
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
A proven and successful recruiter
Experience of strategic candidate generation
Experience in the R2R market would be beneficial but is not essential
