Car Compound Driver

We are currently recruiting Car Compound Drivers (3.5 tonne) for a company based in the North Killingholme area. This is a full-time opportunity, but there are also part-time hours available if preferred and also in Stallingborough and Immingham. Temporary contract with the potential to be permanent for the right candidate/s. Duties and responsibilities: Vehicle handlingMoving vehicles from one bay to another or from location to locationManoeuvring different sizes and types of vehiclesQuality inspection of vehiclesReport any accidentsAbility to follow quality and operating proceduresAbility to work outside in all weather conditionsChecking new vehicles delivered to site for damage and shortagesDriving and parking vehicles around the siteCompletion of paperworkImputing data onto computerDelivery of vehicles to local sitesSecuring all relevant keys into the storage facility To be considered for this role candidates must meet the following criteria: Must hold full UK driving licence - Category BMust be over 25 years of age - due to insuranceMust have held the licence for more than two yearsNo more than 3 pointsMust have no DR/DD/CD40/CD70/LC or TT99 endorsements Hourly rate is GBP7.20 per hour. Sites normally operating hours are Monday to Friday 06:00-20:00 but due to the nature of the business the successful applicants could be required to work outside of these hours. Although this is a temporary contract, there may be an opportunity for the right candidate/s for permanent work.
