Group Risk Administrator

We are looking to recruit several Group Protection Administrators to join our expanding and successful Group Protection Team, based in Eastleigh. The Role We are looking for highly motivated people who can understand individual customer's needs, and deliver an exceptional level of service. No previous industry experience is required (however is highly desirable), as full training will be provided to support you in your journey to learn about our products and customers. You'll be provided with every opportunity to improve the way we work and deliver against our group targets. Your key duties and responsibilities will include: Preparing scheme renewal accountsPlacing schemes on risk and ensuring smooth inception of new businessAnswering incoming calls / emails responding to client queriesLiaising closely with other Group Protection teamsBuilding relationships with key intermediaries About You Ideally you will have experience of working in a customer service environment (face to face or telephone) with an excellent telephone manner and enthusiasm to learn new skills.
