Office Administrator (Apprenticeships) Aspire Achieve Advance Ltd (3aaa) a provider specialising in the delivery of apprenticeship programs are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join our fast paced, fun and supportive academy to support the team with compliance and the administration function. The Office Administrator will involve reviewing apprentice files and to monitor the timely and accurate completion and submission of all Apprentice related documentation throughout their Apprenticeship. The ideal candidate will have experience of administration in a fast pace environment. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills as well as having the ability to cope with a fast-paced working environment. You will be adaptable and able to make positive changes. Key Responsibilities: - (include but not limited to) Ensuring timely registration with relevant awarding bodiesActively driving timely progress reviews and escalate and raise non-compliance issuesMaintaining knowledge and understanding of funding body and business compliance requirementsParticipating in on-going training in order to enhance and improve compliance supporting the Head Office Data and Compliance teams as required to meet the needs of the business Essential Substantial administrative experienceProficient user of Microsoft Office, including ExcelAble to prepare accurate and timely documentation and reportsOrganised, methodical and accurate with high levels of attention to detail Desirable Previous administrative work experience in a funded training environmentNVQ Level 3 in Business and Administration (or willing to work towardsExperience of apprenticeship programmesExperience of working with young peopleCar owner/driver Please note: A DBS check will be required for this role - the cost of this will be covered by the employer.
