Office Angels are working with one of the UK's leading firms to recruit a Call Handler on 9 -12 month fixed term contract. This role will be ideally to start ASAP within in November. As the Call Handler you will be responsible for: The first point of contact for all inbound callsAction calls from customers for service visitsEnsure all accurate data is input into the call management systemAction any pay queries and invoice queriesAllocating workBuilding positive relationships with clients and customers Your skill set and experience for the Call Handler role will include: Able to work in a busy past paced environmentAble to deal with a variety of customer queriesProvide excellent customer serviceProven admin backgroundAble to prioritise own workloadKnowledge and use of MS packages Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm To apply please send your CV to Office Angels is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
