Senior Administrator with Health and Safety
A leading professional services firm based in stunning offices in the heart of the West End are seeking an experienced Administrator with experience of managing a small team and Health and Safety administration. Your role is split into 3 main areas as follows Team Administration Supporting the head of Facilities with diary, travel and team co-ordination and administration. Keeping the holiday rota for the team Health and Safety Conduct Admin and Health and Safety inductions Carry out and document work station assessments Risk Assessments Purchase H&S aids and equipment Organise Training Maintain H&S records Line Management Line management of hospitality/reception team of 5 Candidates will need to have good adminstration experience, be experienced on health and safety (ideally with IOSH or NEBOSH) and have done some management or supervision.
