Role: Customer Service Administrator Contract: Permanent Location: Bradford Salary: GBP16,500 - GBP17,500 Hours: 37 hours per week between the core hours of 8am-5pm Mon - Fri Benefit: Free onsite parking, Canteen, Pension scheme Are you experienced Customer Service Administrator with strong communication skills? Do you have great organisational skills and the ability to pick up new and bespoke systems? If so you could be taking on an exciting role with one of our clients. Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team in Bradford. This will be a full time permanent position offering a salary of GBP15,500 - GBP16,500 and a competitive benefits package. You will work 37 hours per week between the core opening times of 8am-5pm Monday to Friday (the exact shift is negotiable). You will be responsible for: Dealing with inbound telephone enquiries from customers and depotsDeal with all incoming emails from customers and depot staffHandling queries regarding orders, customer accounts and customer payments and responding to customers with the relevant informationScanning and uploading customer correspondence Print daily and weekly reports and resolve any inaccuraciesPrint daily cheque/BACs ensuring cheques are recorded accuratelyResolve any payment issues and advise the customer via relevant correspondenceInternet banking - reconcile cheques and processing BACsReconciling and booking out daily paymentsUpdate/amend/operate the Customer database accurately and in line with set processesProvide switchboard and mailroom cover in the event of sickness or holidays The successful candidate must demonstrate: Previous Administration and Customer Service experience is essentialAbility to plan and organise workload to meet deadlinesStrong PC skills, particularly knowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelGood written and verbal communication skillsAccurate attention to detailStrong organisational skills Location: This role would suit applicants who live in Bradford, Shipley, Bingley and Keighley.
