The role involves dealing with general legal administration but and also covering for legal secretaries and receptionist when the cover requires, therefore good typing skills are required. Responsibilities will also include; - Archiving - Photocopying - Preparing legal documentation and bundles - Arranging meetings and internal lunches - Assisting with arranging and setting up internal training courses - Controlling the central diary system for booking meeting rooms This is an interesting and varied role that could lead to a successful career in legal support.
