Logistics AdministratorGBP17k-GBP19k Central London I am currently recruiting for a Production Clerk for one of my largest clients- an established pre-paid voucher company, to join them on a permanent basis. Support to the Redemptions Team when required PRINCIPLE DUTIES: *Producing Voucher booklets using the appropriate equipment ensuring that all steps are followed and health & safety/quality is maintained at all times. *Printing of Vouchers, ensuring orders are produced logging audit numbers into spread sheets and finished using allocated machinery. REQUIRED SKILLS: *Must be able to work either individually or as a member of a team. *Must be able to work to set targets. *Computer literacy and keyboard skills are essential. *Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills are essential *Must be able to assimilate information and use it to resolve problems. *Should be numerate. *Able to process high volumes of repetitive work. *Prepared to learn several different skills and show flexibility. *Must have good communication skills both written and verbal. *Experience of working in a secure, controlled environment is preferable. *Demonstration of commitment in previous lengths of employment. *Display a high level of concentration. *Must be able to relate well to both departmental and senior staff alike. *Aptitude and fitness for operating document processing machinery. *Aptitude and fitness for operating the in-house document shredding machine. *Prepared to make work decisions and accept responsibility for them. *Enthusiastic with a level headed personality.
