Job Title: Customer Service Manager Location: Banbury Salary: Up to GBP27,000 Our client is a successful business based in Banbury that is looking to recruit a Customer Service Manager to increase company sales and maximise profitability through the effective leadership and management of the team. Main responsibilities: To develop, motivate and manage a team of highly skilled and effective Customer Account Coordinators.Design and execute the Telesales Sales Plan in conjunction with the sales managers.Handling day-to-day enquiries for customer accounts including invoicing and payments.Proactive customer account management including sales order entry, processing and acknowledgement.Conduct root cause analysis, provide ongoing recommendations for development of business processes and systems to continuously enhance the customer proposition.Providing the necessary feedback, guidance and training to Customer Account Co-ordinators.Liaising with HR to assist and support specific training and development activities of employees within the team.Ensuring that all calls and correspondence with customers and third parties comply with industry legislation and guidelines e.g. the Data Protection Act; and company and client-specific standards.Ensuring all data administrative systems and processes are implemented accurately and in the correct timely manner.Manage absences to ensure adequate support coverage.Be an active member of the Purchasing and Supply Group team.
