Due to rapid growth, Universal McCann Birmingham is looking for a Media Executive to develop a constructive and positive relationship with the Client team in conjunction with the Media Manager/Director. Main Duties Involved with the implementation and upkeep of media schedulesBeing hands on with DM, door drop, local press, radio and OOH planning for one of our busiest clientsConstruct client reports on campaign performanceHandle incoming sales calls from media owners, review offer and share with clients where appropriate.Ensure implementation and accuracy of Client invoicing.Create and maintain relationships with key media partners.Responsible for competitive reporting projects and keeping an ongoing eye on competitor news/activity and sharing with the wider team.Provide support with campaign briefing - providing comments on target, channel, budget, timeline.To provide organisational and administrative support within the media team as required, including proactively seeking out late space offerings for the Client.To be able to help prepare negotiation strategies with different media owners.
