HR Manager - Birmingham - Up to GBP40000 + benefits A successful, market leading manufacturer is looking to recruit a HR Manager for one of their key UK sites. Leading the small site HR team you will be responsible for delivering group HR strategy and supporting the senior site management team with their local people issues. Duties will include: Leading the HR team responsible for supporting managers and staff with a range of HR/ER issues.Driving a more proactive approach to solving site issues around performance management, absence and employee engagement.Identifying individual and site training needs around people management skills and coaching key stakeholders in their handling of HR / people issuesSupporting Group initiatives to harmonise shift patterns, job roles, salaries and cultureIdentifying where improvements can be made to site HR processes and policies and driving the implementation of those improvements. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong and experienced HR generalist looking for the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and have wide ranging experience of providing HR support and advice in a variety of industry sectors.
