Client Relationship Manager. Property. Russian Speaking. London

This is a great opportunity for a top class business developer/property specialist with the sound experience of dealing with high end property market in London to join one of the raising stars companies based in the heart of London and specialising in lifestyle and wealth and asset management. You will be responsible for: - Searching for suitable properties available on the UK market - Arranging meetings and viewings to see the property - Full property market and developments analysis - Budgeting and P and L analysis for the property development and rental projects - Coordination of all aspects of buying and investment processes, liaising with solicitors, document analysis etc. - Research and advising clients on financing offers from banks and lending institutions - Assistance to MD at the meetings with banks, agents, lawyers etc. - Legal contracts, fee agreements and other documents - Preparing marketing brochures for business development purposes - Business development activities, developing client database, establishing new business connections A suitable candidate for the role will have: - A degree within property and/or business investment management - Experience working within real estate industry in the UK - Positive, can-do and flexible attitude to work - Team spirit - Initiative Sounds like you?
