Credit Controller

Job title: Credit Controller Salary: GBP20k - GBP22k + Bonus Type: Permanent / full time 37.5 Hours Location: Milton Keynes / Newport Pagnell Credit Controller - Reporting to the Credit Manager. This is a varied role, where you will be dealing with the business key accounts. This role will offer someone with a few years credit control experience, looking to develop their career with a national organisation. Reporting directly into the Credit Manager Duties include; • Investigate Debits raised by Key Accounts and customers • Build strong relationships with both internal and external customers• Improve cycle times such as DSO, query management, and cash allocations• Fully responsible for maintenance accounts• Proactively take responsibility for escalation of developing issues and/or key risks• Ensure that any decisions taken follow the appropriate procedure The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and be interested in developing skills and career. You will have a confident approach towards collections.
