Sales and Customer Service Advisors

HR Consultancy are hiring on behalf of a Glasgow city centre based firm who are looking to add experienced Sales and Service Advisors to their team. Role: Sales AdvisorsLocation: Glasgow city centreHours: 35 hours per week. Working between 8am-9pm Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday between 9am-5pm. Salary: GBP17,000 with bonus potential OTE GBP22,000 Responsibilities: Delivering an outstanding customer service to a potential client base who have expressed an initial interest in the company's mortgage productAssess affordability and positively promote the products and the brand in order to ultimately secure appointment with the Mortgage BrokersPositively position the service and the mortgage advisors experienceSchedule appointments into the advisors diaryEnsure all potential opportunities are maximisedAdhere to company procedures and guidelines closelyAnswer inbound calls and appropriately respond to customer queries Experience and Skills Required: Must have strong customer service skillsPrevious experience in a sales environment with a track record of exceeding targetsMust have the ability to carry out basic numeracy calculationsBasic Excel and Microsoft Word abilitiesThe ability to build rapport easily with customers If you wish to apply for this position please forward your CV to Cheryl Stobo via email with a copy of your CV or via the 'apply online now link' .
