Summary To coordinate the deliveries, installations and other delivery services for key customer accounts, using both internal resources and partner networks throughout Europe providing a 4PL specialist logistic solution. Main Activities Process customer orders for deliveries and installations Plan the service delivery using internal and external resources Order services as required from third party suppliers in relation to customer's requirements Work using the most cost effective solutions including load consolidation Raise relevant paperwork and maintain up to date information on the in house software systems Provide quotations to customers on request Liaise with customers/partners, keeping the customer/partners constantly updated during all stages of the service Work with internal staff to ensure a professional and efficient delivery of the service Troubleshoot problems arising with service deliveries and provide solutions or work arounds Bill customer orders on completion of service delivery Deal with ad-hoc customer enquiries Sign off supplier invoices against customer services Be available on-call (via mobile) during customer service delivery out of business hours Key Skills and Experience Good level of education Strong team player Computer literate; able to use Word, Excel and Email Experience in dealing directly with customers with excellent oral and written communication skills Team member with a flexible and can-do attitude Able to work on own initiative Flexible and ???'can-do' attitude Good commercial acumen Additional language highly desirable (Germany/French etc)
